These are the terms upon which this Web Site is made available to you.

1.In order to access, use or contribute to the Prime Academy Web Site ('the PA Web Site') at www.primeacademy.com.my and/or www.primeacademy.org.my

2.The contribution of material in any format to the PA Web Site will give PA an irrevocable non-exclusive royalty free license to use the material (and any intellectual property rights attaching to it) for any purpose relating to PA's activities, consistent with its objects, including without limitation the right to grant sub-licenses. You also consent to others accessing the PA Web Site to view, store or reproduce the material for that person's personal use.

3.The PA Web Site contains copyright and trademark material and other proprietary information. The copyright in the overall Web Site, which includes (without limitation) its get up, layout and format, is vested in PA, including as a collective work. Except as expressly permitted in these terms you are not allowed to copy, modify, alter, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale, create derivative works, or in any way exploit any of the content, without PA’s prior written consent. Material may be downloaded, provided that you maintain PA’s copyright notice. Such material may be save in your computer or you may print out one(1) copy for your personal non-commercial use only. You are not permitted to redistribute or republish any such material without PA's express prior written consent.

4.In the event you contribute any material whatsoever to the PA Web Site, PA is not responsible for any errors or omissions in such material. It is your responsibility to make sure that all materials submitted to PA are lawful, does not infringe anyone else's copyright or other intellectual property rights, and is not libellous, obscene or offensive. By submitting any material to PA you are deemed to accept and acknowledge that this is the case. You will be solely liable for any injury / damage / or loss howsoever caused that arises from the publication of the material, which you contribute. 

5.If you intend to submit material the copyright in which does not belong to you then, you must first obtain permission from the original author to use the copyright material.

6.PA makes no warranties, guarantees or assurances of any kind, express or implied, in relation to the PA Web Site, which is provided in its "as is" condition. PA shall not be responsible for your ability or inability to access or use the PA Web Site.

7.PA is not liable for any defamatory, offensive, abusive, obscene or illegal conduct of any person who accesses or uses the PA Web Site. 

8.PA retains the unfettered right to terminate or modify the terms and conditions of these Site Terms at any time. By accessing, using or contributing to the PA Web Site after these changes are made you will be deemed to have accepted these changes. PA may change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the PA Web Site at any time.

9.In these Site Terms "you" means any person who accesses, uses or contributes to the PA Web Site.

10.Unless otherwise specifically stated, references in these Site Terms or throughout the PA Web Site to "Prime Academy" or to "PA" are to Prime Academy Malaysia Berhad (Co. No: 184360-T) a company duly registered under the Companies Act 1965. 

11.These Site Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
